Cottam Hall Properties, the developer behind the £80 million site at Cottam Brickworks is to host a public consultation. The developer will showcase its revised plans for the site on January 15, 2015 at St Margaret's Church, off Tag Lane, 1A St Margaret's Close, Ingol. The plans will be on show from 12.00 noon to 8.00pm.

Access agreement gives green light for £80 million development

Cottam Hall Properties is to begin development of its £80 million site at Cottam Brickworks following the signing of a formal agreement with the Homes Community Agency and Lancashire County Council.
The signing of the Access Agreement now completes the missing link to kick-starting the major regeneration scheme in the north of Preston.
The 28 acre site currently has planning permission for a supermarket, 206 residential units, a pub/restaurant, retail and commercial uses. A nature reserve is also planned for the site...
